Jagran correspondent, Meerut. Chaudhary Charan Singh University has made arrangements to solve the biggest problem of the students. After applying for degree and mark sheet, students had to wait for months and had to pay extra if they were hurried.
Now the online degree portal of the university https://ccsuwebonline.in/ has gone live. On this portal, students currently applying for degree and also for marksheet in future will be able to keep an eye on every process from application till getting the degree. Students' degrees will not be deliberately stuck on any board.
If any department takes more time than the stipulated time, then the university officials will also be able to seek answers. After the system is fully activated, once the degree is ready, students will get to see the preview on the portal. In this, students will check their details and give OK, after which the degree will be sent by the university for printing.
It is mandatory to provide enrollment number while applying for a degree on this portal of the university. Without it no application will be accepted. As soon as the enrollment number is entered, the complete details of the students will open. These details will contain all the information including which courses the concerned student has studied in the university. After enrolment, students will have to write their and their parents' names in Hindi and English.
After this, registration will have to be done by filling the mobile number, e-mail ID, password and address. Once registration is done, there will be no need for re-registration. Students will be able to login again and again with the same enrollment number and password.
Every process will be visible after application
After the students apply online for the degree, the application form will directly reach the login of the concerned department and counter. After completion of confidential verification process, it will be sent for print. Meanwhile, the message will also reach the students as soon as the degree is ready.
Students will be able to view the degree status during the process. Apart from this, the Vice Chancellor, Registrar, Controller of Examinations and other senior officers will also be able to monitor the number of applications made by the students, their progress, details of disposal and sending.
Counter in-charge of every department will also login with their mobile number. Only those students whose degree work is pending will be opened there. After disposing of it the next application will arrive. According to Controller of Examinations Virendra Kumar Maurya, once the system is back on track, a time line will be determined from the application process to the issuance of the degree.
In this online application process, the game of getting the degree done in between will stop. In this, the disposal of degrees and marksheets will be possible only in the order of application. If any applicant or employee wants to release someone's degree first, they will not be able to do so. After getting the preview from the students, wrong degree printing will be stopped.
In this series, after the students give the back exam, their marks will also be automatically uploaded on the portal. Students who have once applied for the degree will not be able to apply again. Those whose degree has already been sent to the colleges will get this message at the time of application.
