The Truth About Sambhal Masjid Survey Violence! When SP Narrated The Story Of That Dreadful Day While Standing In The Court

Statements of Superintendent of Police Krishna Kumar Bishnoi were recorded in the court of ADJ POCSO Court Judge Awadhesh Kumar Singh in the District Court premises on Monday in the case of violence in protest against the survey of Jama Masjid. Here, five advocates of the accused parties recorded separate statements and raised more than 100 questions related to the violence. To which the Superintendent of Police replied and narrated the entire incident.

Let us inform that on 19 November 2024, the claim of Shahi Jama Masjid of Sambhal being Harihar Temple was presented in the Civil Senior Division Court. On the orders of the court, the first phase survey was conducted in the evening of the same day and the second phase survey was conducted on 24 November 2024. On the same day, there was violence against the survey, in which four people were killed by miscreants.

In this case itself, the statement of Superintendent of Police Krishna Kumar Bishnoi was recorded in the court of ADJ POCSO Court Judge Awadhesh Kumar Singh in the District Court premises on Monday. On the orders of the court, the SP testified in the case crime number 304/2024 registered in Nakhasa police station related to violence. District government advocate Aditya Kumar Singh recorded the statement of the SP.

On behalf of the accused, advocates Zaki Anwar, Aftab Hussain, Qamar Hussain, Jamal Pasha and Masood Ali Farooqui questioned them. Assistant District Government Advocate told that in the case crime number 304/2024, firing was done on the SP and his PRO along with other policemen. In this incident, the SP was hit by shrapnel in his leg.

SP Krishna Kumar Bishnoi said that statements were recorded from 12 noon to 6 pm. More than 100 questions were asked, where were you shot? Where were you at that time, how did the violence occur and how was it controlled? During this, many cross questions were also asked. The Superintendent of Police told the details of the entire incident to the lawyers.

Let us inform that on November 24, 2024, on the complaint of SP PRO Sanjeev Kumar, Nakhasa police station had registered a report against 100-150 unknown people under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 121(1), 132, 223 of the Indian Justice Code and section 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act 1932. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has named more than 40 accused in this case. Out of which more than 25 have been sent to jail. These accused have got bail from the court.
