Jagran correspondent, East Delhi. There was a dispute between two friends while smoking cigarettes in Dayalpur area. The dispute became so serious that one youth took out a knife and attacked the other. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot.
Sahil was admitted to Jag Pravesh Chandra Hospital in injured condition. On his complaint, Dayalpur police station has registered a case under several sections including attempt to murder. Sahil lives with his family in Nehru Vihar area. He was smoking cigarette with his friend Sohail at a shop near Purani Chowki. They were friends for the last two years. An argument broke out while he was smoking a cigarette.
It is alleged that the matter escalated so much that first Sohail beat Sahil. After that he took out a knife and stabbed him on his hands and chest. The accused fled from the spot after bleeding his friend. Police say that raids are being conducted to search for the accused.
