This type of entrance is being built by ADA in Agra.
Jagran correspondent, Agra. ADA launched Township Atalapuram in Kakua and Bhandai on Gwalior Road after 36 years in the year 2025. Greater Agra will be launched by ADA in the year 2026. The special thing in this will be that internal development will be done here first, after that Narmadapuram and Gangapuram will be launched.
Small townships will be built in Greater Agra in the names of 10 rivers of the country. Of these there will be 4353 residential plots. ADA plans to develop Greater Agra in 442 hectares of land in Raipur and Rahnkalan. So far, compensation for 372 hectares of land has been distributed from the Special Land Acquisition (SLO) office.
Even though 372 hectares of land has been distributed as compensation to farmers, ADA has been able to take possession of only 142 hectares of land. Despite publication of public notice, farmers have sown crops despite receiving compensation, due to which ADA is not able to get possession. Keeping this in view, ADA has prepared to develop and launch 10 small townships here.
Each of these townships will have an area of less than 50 hectares. Of these, ADA has also tendered the internal development of Narmadapuram and Gangapuram. In internal development, roads, drainage, sewage treatment plant, water treatment plant, reservoir and overhead tanks will be built. After internal development, registration will be done with Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UPRERA).
ADA Vice President M. Arunmoli said that for the sale of plots or buildings in the township, it is necessary to register with UPERA. It is not needed for internal development. After internal development, the township will be launched by registering in UPRERA.
This township will be built in Greater Agra
