A shocking incident of theft has come to light in Datia city, where the announcement of reward for catching the thieves had such an effect that those who had stolen the goods were themselves forced to keep the goods back. The plastic water tank kept outside Girraj Dairy located near the stadium was taken away by two youths on a bicycle on the night of 7th February. In the morning, when the dairy operator found the tank missing, he searched the footage of CCTV cameras installed nearby. Both the suspects were clearly visible in the footage.
Video posted on social media, reward announced
After this the dairy operator thought of an idea. He made a video and posted it on social media and announced a suitable reward for anyone who could reveal the identity of the thieves. The video quickly went viral and became the talk of the town.

It is being told that after the announcement of the reward, there was panic among the thieves. Late on the night of Wednesday, 11th February, the same youth reached outside the dairy on foot, silently kept the stolen tank there and ran away. This entire incident of putting the tank back was also captured in the CCTV camera. From this it became clear that the thieves themselves had come to return the tank out of fear.
Minor stuff, but big discussion
The dairy operator says that the water tank was kept outside the shop as usual. No one had any idea that such a small thing would be stolen. At present the matter remains a topic of discussion in the area.
