Digital Desk, New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Friday that today India is contributing 16 percent to global growth and the country is ready to lead global economic growth. India is emerging as a new engine of world progress.
The Prime Minister said that despite many obstacles, this decade has been unprecedented for India from the development point of view.
He said, 'Today India is contributing 16 percent to global development and I am confident that our contribution will continue to increase in the future. India is poised to lead global economic growth and emerge as the engine of new global progress.'

The Prime Minister said that the world is moving towards a new world order. He said, 'Today the world is moving towards a new world order. Today every country is realizing that it should become strong itself. Whatever is being discussed in the world today, India had made it its policy in 2015 itself. India had made it clear in the document of establishment of NITI Aayog that India will not import a single development model from any other country.
PM Modi said that in this decade of the 21st century, India is riding on the Reform Express. The biggest specialty of this Reform Express is that we are accelerating it not out of compulsion but with a strong belief and commitment to reform.
