Vehicles stuck in jam at Bhagat Singh Chowk of Dharuhera. Awakening
Communication Assistant, Dharuhera (Rewari). Due to increasing encroachment at Bhagat Singh Chowk in the town, there has been a traffic jam in the morning and evening for the last several days.
Due to encroachment by shopkeepers and cart vendors on both sides of the road, the width of the road is decreasing, due to which the movement of vehicles is being affected. Local people say that Bhagat Singh Chowk is the busiest square.
There is severe traffic jam here every day, because even walking on foot has become difficult at many places due to temporary shops, carts and illegal parking on the roadside. People have informed the administration several times, but no concrete action has been taken yet.

Work and business are being affected
There was a jam for about four hours on Saturday night. Due to the jam situation, there was anger among the pedestrians and drivers. Many people said that it is taking extra time to pass through this square every day, due to which work and business is also being affected.
Drivers are troubled by the traffic jams every day. People have demanded that a special campaign should be launched to remove encroachments around the square. Besides, strict action should be taken against illegal parking on the roadside, so that the traffic system can be smooth.
