Jagran correspondent, New Delhi. A heart-wrenching incident has come to light in Laxmi Nagar area of the capital Delhi. Here a young man killed his mother, brother and sister. Not only this, after committing the crime the accused himself reached the police station. The police have taken the accused into custody and started interrogation. The name of the accused person is Yashveer. The family lived in a rented house.
Police said that Yashveer Singh told the police that due to financial constraints he had killed his mother Kavita (46 years), sister Meghna (24 years) and brother Mukul (14 years).
Police said that Yashveer Singh is a resident of Mangal Bazar area. As soon as the information was received, the police team immediately reached the given address, where the bodies of the three were found inside the house. The police is investigating all the facts and a thorough investigation of the case is going on. More information will be shared as the investigation progresses.
The family is a resident of Sonipat, Haryana.
FSL team has reached the incident and is investigating on the spot. The entire family is said to be originally from Sonipat, Haryana. The father of the accused is a farmer and lives there. The wife of the accused also lived here, but her whereabouts are not known yet.
Made everyone unconscious by feeding them laddus
According to the police, the accused first fed laddus to everyone. Due to this everyone became unconscious and after that all three were strangulated to death. The accused was earlier a truck driver but was unemployed for about six months. He had also attempted suicide earlier. At present, the police is considering financial crisis as the reason for the murder.
