It is said that he was under stress due to the death of his three children due to which he took this dreadful step.
A truck driver resident of Katra Mohalla of Amraudha committed suicide by slitting his throat with a knife at his home late on Saturday night. When the wife returned from a marriage function organized by the family in the locality, when she saw the blood-soaked body, she became distraught and started crying, due to which the people of the neighborhood also gathered. The police and forensic team collected evidence from the spot and took statements from the people present. The wife has also filed a complaint of suicide.
40-year-old Kalim, resident of Katra Amraudha, used to support the family by driving a truck. Cousin sister Sartaj's wedding was to take place on Monday, for which preparations were going on in the family. Wife Nausada also went to the Ratjaga program organized on Saturday, where happiness was being celebrated by organizing dance and songs and other programs. Kaleem was alone at home. At night he committed suicide by slitting his throat with a knife. When the wife returned home from the program in the morning, she saw the blood-soaked body and started crying, due to which the neighbors and family members also reached there.
The police and forensic team collected evidence from the spot and took statements of the people present. Wife Nausada told that they had three children, but due to their sudden death within seven to eight months of their birth, her husband remained under stress. We used to discuss this often. He took this suicidal step due to stress. SI Munishwar Singh said that evidence has been collected from the spot. Prima facie, suicide has been confirmed, while the wife has filed a complaint of suicide. The situation will become clear after the post mortem report.
