In the action, two miscreants were injured by bullets in the police encounter, while the innocent youth got great relief. A few days ago, a young tempo driver was murdered in village Garhi Hayatpur of Jamunapar police station area and his body was thrown in Jaint police station area. The relatives of the deceased had filed a case against two youths of the same village. The police took both the youths into custody and interrogated them, but during the investigation, indications emerged that both of them were innocent.

After this, the police formed a special team and examined the CCTV footage of the incident site and surrounding areas. The investigation took a shocking turn and the identity of the real killers was revealed. During the police investigation, the names of the criminals who killed the tempo driver, Dinesh Singh, resident of Thok Mani, town Chaumuha, police station Jait and Jaipal, resident of village Sandhankheda, police station Achhnera, district Agra, came to light. The police surrounded both the miscreants and tried to take them into custody.
