Digital Desk, New Delhi. Ukraine has now intensified drone attacks in the interior of Russia. It said it was targeting Russian military, energy and logistics sites 'in order to disrupt Moscow's war efforts in response to Russia's continued attacks on Ukraine.'
It targeted several Russian "oil and gas facilities" in the latest attack using British Storm Shadow missiles and home-made long-range drones. Meanwhile, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said the Russian Air Force shot down 25 Ukrainian drones flying towards Moscow.

However, Ukrainian military and security officials said on Thursday, December 25, that the air force used Storm Shadow cruise missiles to attack the Novosha Khutsk oil refinery in Russia's Rostov region. The refinery was one of the largest suppliers of oil products to southern Russia and was supplying diesel and jet fuel to Russian troops fighting in Ukraine.
Ukraine has previously attacked Russian industrial sites using British-made missiles, which it says help Moscow in its war efforts.
