State Bureau, Lucknow. Scrutiny of records of 3475 candidates found eligible for recruitment to 1828 posts of Assistant Accountant and Auditor will start from January 13.
Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission has released the record test letter and other four forms and timetable of the concerned candidates on its website upsssc.gov.in. Candidates can download the desired entries by clicking on the link available on the website.
The Commission had released the results and cutoff marks of a total of 3475 candidates found qualified on October 17 after the written examination for 668 posts of Assistant Accountant (general selection) of the Directorate of Internal Accounts and Audit, 950 posts of Assistant Accountant (special selection) and 209 posts of Auditor (general selection) and one post of Assistant Accountant of Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority on the website.
Now the records of these candidates will be examined in two shifts each (first from 10 am and second from 1.30 pm) on 13, 14, 15, 22, 23, 24, 27, 28 and 29 January and on 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11 and 12 February.
Records of 100 candidates each will be checked in both the shifts till 11th February. On February 12, the records of 75 candidates will be examined in the first shift and the records of absent candidates will be examined in the second shift.
According to Avnish Saxena, Secretary of the Commission, the concerned candidates should bring all the marksheets and certificates as per the advertised mandatory qualifications, reservation related certificates, original copies of certificates in support of age relaxation and their photocopies, downloaded records along with two color photographs of passport size, printed copies of the test letter and other forms and bring along with them the desired entries.
For testing, the original copy of photo identity card (Aadhaar card etc.) and its self-signed photocopy must be present. If a candidate remains absent on the scheduled date and this information is given by the candidate in writing in the Commission office by 11 am on 12th February, then after permission from the competent level, he will be given an opportunity to get the records checked in the second shift of 12th February.
