Jagran correspondent, Rae Bareli. The preparation meeting for the board examinations of Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council was held on Friday in the Government Inter College Auditorium. Center administrators of 107 examination centers from across the district participated in it. Information about the conduct process of board examinations was given in the meeting. Also, instructions were given to conduct the examination cleanly.

District School Inspector Sanjeev Kumar Singh said that it is necessary to follow every point issued from the UP Board. If the rules are ignored, action will be taken against the center administrators.

It is our responsibility to monitor and ensure cleanliness of the board exams. He directed that Indian brand CC cameras with voice recorders should be compulsorily installed on both sides of every examination room and corridor. He said that it is necessary to have a woman in the internal movement team.

Only female teachers will search the girl child. DIOS said that there should be a provision of four double-locked cupboards for question papers and the strong room should be completely packed. Watchmen and constables will be deployed in the strong room at night. Any person will be prohibited from entering it at night.

He said that strictest legal action will be taken under relevant sections against those who violate the sanctity of the examination. DIOS said that the mutilated copies should be kept on record and made available back. If you have any doubt then please ask us.

Notice to missing center administrators

Three center administrators including Sakal Narayan of Ataura, SRGT Senhago and Baba Ramdas Vidyalaya of Madhukarpur remained absent from the important meeting organized regarding the board examination. The District School Inspector said that notices have been sent to the three center administrators who were missing from the meeting, seeking clarification.
