Fog havoc in UP. Awakening
Jagran correspondent, Lucknow. UP ka Muasam: It may be cold and gloomy on Thursday. There will be dense fog in Lucknow and surrounding districts on Thursday morning. The sky may clear after noon. At the same time, the maximum temperature on Wednesday was below normal, the sun came out in the afternoon but in the evening people remained shivering due to melting.
The maximum temperature on Wednesday was 20.1 degrees Celsius. This is two degrees Celsius less than normal. At the same time, the minimum temperature was recorded at 12.6 degrees Celsius which was 4.8 degrees more. The maximum temperature will drop on Thursday. The maximum temperature may drop from 20.1 degrees Celsius to 19 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature may drop to 11 degrees Celsius instead of 12.6 degrees Celsius.
Agra: Relief from cold due to sunshine
Due to good sunshine in Agra city for the second consecutive day on Wednesday, the residents of the city got relief from the shivering cold. There was an increase in minimum temperature and a decline in maximum temperature. The Meteorological Department has predicted fog or mist on Thursday morning. An increase in maximum and minimum temperatures may be seen.

Meteorologist Mohd. Danish said that there may be light fog or mist in the morning on Thursday and Friday. Dense fog may occur on 27th December. There will be no change in temperature for more than two days
Cold day conditions will prevail with dense or very dense fog in Gorakhpur on Thursday. Due to clouds there is less possibility of sun coming out. There may be more melting during the day.
