Uttarakhand Weather: Snowfall On High Himalayan Peaks For The Second Day, Minimum Temperature In Khaliya Top -4 Degrees

Jagran Team, Munsiyari-Darchula. Snowfall in the higher Himalayan areas of the border district Pithoragarh continued for the second day. After the snowfall on Friday, there was light snowfall on the nearby high peaks including Nanda Devi, Panchachuli, Nandakot, Rajrambha, Hardeval, Trishul on Saturday also.

Strong winds gusted at Gunji, the main stop of Kailash Mansarovar in Vyas valley of Dharchula on Saturday. The entire high Himalaya is in severe cold. The minimum temperature of Munsiyari is minus two and maximum is nine degrees Celsius.

The minimum temperature of Khalia Top is minus four and maximum of six degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature of Gunji is minus four degrees Celsius.
