Jagran correspondent, Nainital. This time the western disturbance betrayed us. Dense clouds gathered and cold winds also blew, but leave alone snowfall, not a drop of rain fell. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather is predicted to remain dry from Wednesday.

It was sunny in the city on Tuesday morning. The cold winds blowing along with it were giving the signal of change in weather. As the afternoon approached, dense clouds started gathering. By around 2 pm the sky was completely covered with clouds and there was a strong possibility of rain, but it did not rain and the weather cleared up in the evening.

Here, according to GIC Meteorological Centre, the maximum temperature on Monday was recorded at 18 and minimum at eight degrees Celsius. According to Dr. CS Tomar, Director of Meteorological Department, this western disturbance was weak, which could not affect the weather. The weather will remain dry in the coming days, but clouds will keep coming and going.
