Samvad Sutra, Banka. Central Government's ambitious scheme Vikas Bharat-Ji Ram Ji (Rural) will be implemented from April 1 in the financial year 2026-27 to provide employment to the rural people. Before launching it on the ground, training and awareness programs will also be organized by DRDA. Work has started for this also.
In the first phase, DDC Upendra Singh has ordered the POs of all the blocks to compulsorily enter all the proposed schemes on the Yuktdhara portal.
The schemes of almost every Panchayat have been made available on entry. Earlier, work on schemes used to start even without uploading it on the portal. But now it won't work like this. Officials said that this will completely prevent duplication and irregularities.
125 days work instead of 100
Employment will also be available in Jeeramji for more days than before. In this, unskilled laborers will get guarantee of wage employment for 125 days in a year instead of 100. This will stop migration. District Program Coordinator at the district level and Program Officer at the block level will be responsible for the operation of the scheme.
An awareness campaign will also be conducted to make people aware. For this, arrangements are being made for wall writing, hoardings and distribution of pamphlets on the village walls, so that more and more people can join the scheme.
Both private and public schemes
Private and public schemes can also be availed in Jeeramji. Individual schemes include schemes for tree plantation, vermicompost peat, farm ponds, goat sheds, poultry sheds etc., while public schemes include plantation in all panchayats, construction of soak pits, check dams in all panchayats, rural haats, road construction, 10 Anganwadi centers in every block, pond construction and renovation and other schemes.
Emphasis will be on transparency
Departmental DPO Manoranjan Prasad said that all the work done under this Act will be part of the developed India National Rural Infrastructure. In this, the focus will be on water conservation, strengthening rural infrastructure, climate change and others.
Work plans for this will be prepared through developed Gram Panchayat planning. Also they will be linked to the national spatial planning system like PM Gati Shakti.
In Ji Ram Ji, work will be done only on those schemes which will be uploaded on the portal. For this, everyone has been instructed to upload the schemes on the portal. Also, transparency will be given priority in the implementation of schemes. - Manoranjan Prasad, DPO
