For this they will not need to run away to the city. They will get treatment for animals and cheap medicines at the local level. For this, online applications have been invited by the Animal Husbandry Department.
At present there is no cheap medicine shop related to animals in the district. Although medicines for animals are available in many medical stores in the city and rural areas, no generic medicines are available there. Most of the shopkeepers sell medicines according to the print rate only.
Due to this, medicines become very expensive for animal farmers. Sometimes, due to lack of money, they do not buy complete medicines and buy half-completed medicines to treat their animals.
Due to this, their animals are not treated properly but now the animal farmers do not need to worry. Now the Animal Husbandry Department will open veterinary medicine centers from the district headquarters to all the block areas. For this, applications have been invited from the Animal Husbandry Department.
In this, the applicant is required to have the name and valid registration details of the pharmacist and a minimum space of 120 square feet for the shop. Certificate of license of medicines will also have to be presented.
In this, priority will be given to eligible beneficiaries associated with Prime Minister Krishak Samridhi Kendra and cooperative societies. Here, animal farmers will get about 20 percent discount on purchasing medicines.
About four hundred types of medicines will be available at veterinary medicine centers.
About 400 types of medicines will be available at the veterinary centers being opened like Jan Aushadhi Kendras. Here cattle herders will get a discount of up to 20 percent. They will get cheap and quality medicines from the market.
There is going to be a very good facility for animal farmers. Now veterinary medicine centers will be opened in the district headquarters and every block area. Online applications have been invited for this. Here animal farmers will be able to get cheap medicines from the market. They will not need to run away to the city.
