These devices are said to be the successors to the V60 and V60e that will be launched in 2025. This time the company is going to launch two models in this lineup under Vivo V70 series, Vivo V70 and the brand new Vivo V70 Elite.

Vivo V70 series 5G launch details
Vivo V70 Elite and Vivo V70 will launch in India today at 12pm IST. The company has also scheduled a livestream of the launch event on YouTube for the launch of both the devices. Apart from this, you can watch the event live from the video given below.
Expected price of Vivo V70 series 5G in India
According to reports, the price of Vivo V70 5G can start from Rs 45,999 for the base variant in which 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant can be available. Whereas the price of 12GB + 256GB variant can be Rs 49,999. This device will be available in Passion Red and Lemon Yellow color options.
The price of Vivo V70 Elite is expected to start from Rs 51,999 in which you will get the 8GB + 256GB variant. Reports suggest that the upcoming handset will also come in 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB variants, which will be priced at Rs 56,999 and Rs 61,999 respectively. This device can come in Passion Red, Sand Beige and Authentic Black shades.
Specifications of Vivo V70 Series 5G
This new V70 series of Vivo will include Vivo V70 Elite and Vivo V70 models. While on one hand Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset will be available in Vivo V70 Elite, on the other hand Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset will be seen in the standard variant. Both the handsets will be equipped with OriginOS 6 based on the latest Android 16.
Talking about the display, Vivo V70 series can have a 6.59-inch 1.5K display, which will offer 459 ppi pixel density, 120Hz refresh rate and 5,000 nits peak brightness. These phones will have a 6,500mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging support.
Camera specs of Vivo V70 series 5G
Talking about the camera, a Zeiss-powered 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 primary camera with optical image stabilization can be found in this lineup. Also, a 50-megapixel telephoto lens and an unspecified ultrawide camera will be seen in these devices. Whereas a 50-megapixel selfie camera is going to be available in the front.
