Samvad Sutra, Ramnagar. An elderly man, who was injured in the fight that took place on Monday night in Dhokraha village of the police station area, has died during treatment at Bettiah GMCH. The deceased is 65 year old Sugriva Sah, a resident of the said village. The incident happened on Monday night.
Regarding the incident, it is said that Dhokraha resident Prakash Ram came to the door of his wife Malti Devi and son Suraj Ram Sugriva Sah and started abusing them, calling them a witch.
When Sugriva Sah was thrown out of the door and asked why he was abusing me while standing at my door, all three of them together started beating Sugriva Sah and hit his head against the wall two-three times.
Due to which he fell on the ground and got seriously injured. Due to which he became unconscious. By then his son Tapan Sah and the villagers came running. This information was immediately given to the dial 112 police team.
The police team reached the spot and brought the injured Sugriva Sah to the local primary health center for treatment. Where the doctor present on the spot, Dr. Sujit Kumar, referred him to GMCH after first aid.
Elderly Sugriv Sah died on Tuesday during treatment at GMCH. Police Station Head Deepak Kumar said that on the application of deceased's son Tapan, an FIR has been registered and one accused Prakash Ram has been arrested.
Raids are being conducted to arrest other accused. Here, after the death, the process of post mortem of the dead body is going on in GMCH. Here, there is chaos in the house of the deceased on the news of death.
