Police Commissioner Raghubir Lal said these things in a meeting with businessmen in the auditorium of the police office on Tuesday. Traders also raised the issue of account freezing due to cyber fraud money coming into UPI of traders. On this the Police Commissioner said that talks have taken place with the DGP. Now, if such fraud cases are reported in the city, only that much money will be frozen as per the fraud committed. The entire account will not be frozen. Traders demanded increased police patrolling on Saturday and Sunday nights to curb incidents of theft.
The Police Commissioner said that if you employ any person in shops, offices or homes, then he must get police verification done. With this, theft, fraud and other criminal incidents can be effectively stopped. Get character verification done especially for the artisans, workers and employees coming from outside districts or states. Awareness campaigns are being run to prevent cyber crimes. During this, traders told about the cases of fraud in GST.
State President of Indian Industry Trade Delegation, Gyanesh Mishra demanded opening of Badshahinaka, Moolganj intersection, Afimkothi intersection regarding traffic arrangements.
