Jagran correspondent, Baghpat. When the friendship made on Instagram broke three years ago, the obscene video and photo of the girl went viral on the internet media by a youth from Haryana. The victim has filed a case against the accused.
A girl from a village in Baghpat Kotwali area told the police that she had befriended a young man from Rohtak (Haryana) on Instagram three years ago. The closeness between them had increased. Six months ago, her friendship with the young man broke.
It is alleged that after the break of friendship, the young man had threatened that if he did not have physical relations with her, he would make her obscene videos and photos viral on the internet media. After a few days, his obscene photos and videos were sent to his relatives and acquaintances.
Not only this, the said video and photo were made viral by creating a fake e-mail ID in his name. The brother of the accused youth also threatens. Due to this, he has stopped going out of the house and is mentally disturbed. Kotwali in-charge Brijesh Kumar says that a case has been registered against the accused Vishal in this case. Action will be taken on the basis of consideration.
The victim said that due to the actions of the accused, she was being defamed a lot. Warned that if action was not taken against the accused, she would commit suicide.
