Murdered wife and Salman.
Dialogue partner, Jagran. Narkhi (Firozabad). The auto driver was murdered by his wife when she became a hindrance in their illicit relationship. After calling Jakhai from home, the lover along with his friend first strangled her. After this, by placing it on the boring of the tube well, cutting it with a knife, the head was removed.
To hide the identity, the head was put in a 150 feet deep boring. While uncovering the murder case, the police have arrested the three accused including the wife. The lover was injured by a bullet in his leg in the encounter that took place at 11 am on Monday near Nagla Koom.
The lover committed the crime with a friend in Jakhai, the torso was found on Sunday
26-year-old auto driver Saurabh Jadaun, resident of Gadharai village of Nidhauli Kalan, Etah, used to drive an auto while living with his family in Laxmi Nagar Kakrau of North Police Station area. His elder brother Mithun also lives in the neighborhood with the family. The in-laws of both the brothers are in the same house in Jakhai. Saurabh had left home on a bike at 5.15 pm on January 9. Did not return after this. The next day his brother had lodged a missing complaint at North police station.
Head found in tube well boring
His torso was found in the chamber of the tube well of former village head Udayveer Singh in Jakhai village at 8.15 am on Sunday morning. The clothes were found in bushes on the banks of Sirsa river, 400 meters away. Saurabh's belt and shoes were found from 150 feet deep boring. There was suspicion that the head was also there but nothing was known till Sunday night. Four police teams were searching for the named accused.
All three including wife arrested, lover injured in encounter
On Tuesday morning at 11 am, information was received that accused Jakhai, resident of Suraj, was seen going towards Nagla Koom Bada village along with his friend Salman. When the police team laid siege to this, the accused opened fire. Suraj was hit by two bullets in his right leg in police firing. The policemen ran and caught Salman.
During interrogation, Suraj told that he had illicit relations with Saurabh's wife Preeti for two-three years. Saurabh was becoming a hindrance in this. Preeti had said that if Saurabh is murdered, she will marry him. After this both of them conspired to murder.
Suraj called Saurabh on the pretext of party
On the evening of January 9, Suraj called Saurabh on the pretext of partying. In Jakhai, along with his partner Salman, he was strangulated to death with a muffler. After this, the dead body was dragged to an open boring. There he cut off the head with a knife and put it inside the boring. They also put shoes, belt and muffler in it and ran away.
After his wife's name came up during interrogation, the police arrested Preeti from her house in the afternoon. A knife, Saurabh's mobile, bike and two pistols were recovered from their possession. Saurabh's head was also recovered from the boring at the behest of the accused.
Salman was given a lure of Rs 50 thousand
Police station incharge Rakesh Giri told that Suraj had involved his village friend Salman for the murder of Saurabh. He had said that he would give Rs 50,000 after 10 days for helping in the murder. Salman was ready on this. Suraj had to come and go to Saurabh's house.
Knowing everything, Preeti kept pretending to cry.
According to the police, Preeti was aware of every moment. Even after this she continued pretending to be unaware. On Sunday, when his relatives informed him about Saurabh's torso being found, he started crying and screaming.
