Here, when the husband refused to make egg curry at home, the wife cut off the husband's tongue with her teeth. There is also an allegation that the wife was not happy with the marriage. Angered by the incident, the neighbors beat up the accused wife and her family members. The police have arrested the accused wife. The husband is undergoing treatment in Meerut hospital. He is not in a position to speak at present. Vipin Kumar of Sanjaypuri Colony of Modinagar works in a private company. He was married to Isha of Maliyana Phatak, Meerut only six months ago. When Vipin came from duty on Monday night, Isha asked him to make egg curry at home. But Vipin refused. Said that egg curry has never been made at home, it will not be made even now. On this an argument started between the two. Seeing the dispute increasing, Vipin's mother Geeta and husband Ram Avtar somehow explained it to both of them. After which Vipin and Isha went to sleep in the room without eating anything. The two had a dispute again in the night. Meanwhile, Isha bit Vipin's tongue with her teeth.
Groaning in pain, Vipin started vandalizing the room. When Geeta and Ram Avtaar reached their room after hearing the voice, Vipin was found drenched in blood. A severed part of the tongue was lying on the bed. Vipin was immediately taken to Modinagar hospital.
Forced Isha's marriage, did not allow Vipin to come close
People nearby told that there was a dispute going on between Isha and Vipin regarding physical relations. It is being told that Isha did not allow Vipin to come close to her. She was prevented from having physical relations. When the family came to know about this, a Panchayat was held between the two families, but no solution was found.
In such a situation, there is a suspicion that on Monday night, Vipin may have put pressure on Isha for physical relations, due to which Isha bit her tongue. Vipin's relatives also suspected Isha of having illicit relations. Father Ramavatar told that Isha was not happy with the marriage. He had said that Vipin was forced to do so.

The incident happened at around 1 o'clock in the night. The relative called dial 112 in the night itself. But the call did not connect. After this, he continued treating Vipin till morning. When we reached Sanjaypuri Colony, Isha had already called and called her family members here and locked the door from inside. On this also the relative called several times on dial 112, but the call was not connected. Meanwhile, Isha and her family members pelted stones at Vipin's relatives. People nearby jumped in to rescue him. They beat up Isha and her family members brutally. A large number of people gathered at the spot. Now, on receiving information about the commotion, the police rushed to calm down the matter and caught Isha.
