Jagran correspondent, Greater Noida. A woman who was shot under suspicious circumstances in Bisrakh police station area has been admitted to the hospital.
According to the police, information was received from a private hospital late on Thursday night that a woman resident of Gaur Sundaram Society has been admitted. Doctors reached the spot and told the police that the woman was injured by a bullet. The accused youth had got him admitted and left.
Police have detained a youth on suspicion and recovered a pistol. Inspector in-charge Krishna Gopal Sharma said that the incident is being investigated and further action is being taken.
