Jagran correspondent, Bagaha. 40-year-old Pradeep Kushwaha died during treatment in the sub-divisional hospital following a fight over a land dispute in Manjhariya Panchayat of Piprasi police station area of Bagaha police district.
During the ongoing land dispute between Patidars, Pradeep Kushwaha was assaulted on the first day of the New Year, in which he was seriously injured. On receiving information about the incident, 112 Piprasi police reached the spot and admitted Pradeep Kushwaha in injured condition to the sub-divisional hospital for treatment.
An atmosphere of mourning and tension in the village
During treatment in the hospital, his condition deteriorated and the doctors declared him dead. After the incident, there was an uproar among the relatives, while there is an atmosphere of mourning and tension in the village also. Considering the seriousness of the matter, the police have started necessary action.
Piprasi police station says that the reasons for the incident are being investigated and action will be taken against the culprits as per law. After completing the post-mortem process, the body has been handed over to the relatives.
