4,41,944 Voters 'missing' In Ghaziabad, 64.83% Forms Have Been Digitized So Far In SIR

Jagran correspondent, Ghaziabad. SIR work of voter list is being done on the instructions of the Election Commission. With its help, pure voter list is being prepared. Under this, 64.83 percent voters' forms have been digitized till Thursday. However, there are still 4,41,944 untraceable voters in the district, tracing whom is a challenge for the BLO.

The work of collecting counting forms from voters at a fast pace and digitizing them is being done in Modinagar assembly constituency in all the five assembly constituencies of the district. Till Thursday, 79.92 percent voters' forms have been digitized in Modinagar.

The least 55.95 percent forms have been digitized in Sahibabad assembly constituency. Forms of 66.07 percent voters in Loni assembly constituency, 69.68 percent in Muradnagar assembly constituency and 67.63 percent in Ghaziabad city assembly constituency have been digitized.

13,574 people submitted Form-6

Voters in the district whose names are not included in the voter list of 2025 have the opportunity to get their names included in the voter list. Under this, the applicant has to fill the declaration form along with form number six and submit it. So far, 13,574 people have filled form number six and submitted it to the BLO. 9,607 people in Modinagar assembly constituency, 1,726 in Ghaziabad city assembly constituency, 1,235 in Sahibabad assembly constituency, 375 in Muradnagar assembly constituency and 631 in Loni assembly constituency have filled and submitted form number six.

Most untraced voters in Sahibabad

There are a total of 4,41,944 untracked voters in the district. Among these, maximum 2,14,067 voters are in Modinagar assembly constituency, 90,609 voters in Loni, 71,198 voters in Ghaziabad city, 41,376 voters in Muradnagar and 24,649 voters in Modinagar are in the untraceable category.

BLA's help is being taken to assist BLO.

"The work of tracing the untraceable voters is being done, in this the help of BLA is being taken to assist the BLO. The list of untraceable voters has been pasted at the polling booths and uploaded on the website of Ghaziabad NIC, so that if the name of any person has been included in the untraceable category by mistake, then he can lodge an objection and get it rectified."
