Important bills will be presented in Bihar Assembly. (Awakening)
State Bureau, Patna. Six important bills will be introduced in the Bihar Assembly on Thursday. These will be placed on the table of the House after the lunch break.
There is a possibility of giving consent to these bills after general discussion. The bills to be introduced include Bihar Public Trust (Amendment) Bill, Bihar Advocates Welfare Fund (Amendment) Bill and Bihar State Madrasa Education Board (Amendment) Bill.
Bihar Private Professional Educational Institutions (Enrolment, Regulation and Fee Determination) Bill, Bihar Micro Finance Institutions Bill and Bihar Secretariat Service (Amendment) Bill will also be introduced.
These bills are being brought by the government with the aim of administrative reforms, transparency in the education system, protection of interests of advocates, enrollment and fee control in private educational institutions, monitoring of micro finance institutions and necessary changes in the provisions related to secretariat service.
During the discussion on the bills in the House, members of the opposition and the opposition will present their views, after which the process of passing them will take place.
Today, on the 18th day of the budget session, Minister in-charge of Finance Department Vijendra Prasad Yadav will table the audit received from the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) in the House.
