Jagran correspondent, Bhagalpur. The bullying of seven youths traveling without tickets in the Tejas Rajdhani Express going from New Delhi to Agartala was finally stopped at Bhagalpur station. This matter had become a cause of concern for the passengers in the train.
According to the information, during the journey, these seven youth were first dropped at Jamalpur station, but they did not stop there either. Taking advantage of the opportunity, they again boarded another compartment and started arguing loudly. Describing himself as a student, he said that no one can stop him from travelling. His obstinate action created panic among the passengers sitting in the compartment, and the atmosphere became tense.
Deputy Chief Ticket Inspector Mukesh Kumar Singh posted in the train showed promptness and forwarded the information about the matter. As soon as the train reached Bhagalpur, railway personnel surrounded the seven youths and took them out of the compartment. After investigation and inquiry, a total fine of Rs 7,880 per person and a total fine of Rs 55,160 was imposed on all.
The youth arrested included Mohammad Arshad, Mohammad Aryaam Malik, Mohammad Abdullah, Mohammad Shahrukh, Mohammad Amdullah, Mohammad Afzal and Mohammad Aurangzeb. Railway officials clearly said that ticketless travel and ruckus in the compartment will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Authorities have appealed to passengers to always travel with valid tickets and maintain a safe and peaceful environment for other passengers. This action sends a message that it is extremely important to maintain discipline in Railways and strict action will be taken against those who break the rules.
