9th-11th Examination In MP Will Be On Board Pattern, Question Papers Will Be Kept In The Police Station, Evaluation Will Also Be Strict.

Digital Desk, Bhopal. This time the annual examinations of classes 9th and 11th of government schools will be conducted completely on the lines of board examinations. Strict precautions are being taken from examination conduct to evaluation, so that transparency and quality can be ensured. The security of the question papers will also be like that of 10th-12th board exam and they will be kept safe in the police stations.

The question papers of class 9th and 11th examinations have been prepared by Madhya Pradesh State Open School Education Council. These question papers will be delivered to the respective schools through the District Education Officer and center heads. Question papers will reach the examination centers on the day of the examination itself, under the supervision of the center head.

Question paper distribution under police surveillance

Bundles of question papers will be taken out from the police station exactly 60 minutes before the commencement of the examination. Question papers will be distributed to the students five minutes before the commencement of the examination. This arrangement has been made to maintain the confidentiality of the question papers.

The annual examinations of classes 9th and 11th of government schools will start from 23rd February and continue till 17th March. During this period, about 20 lakh students across the state will appear in the examination. The evaluation work will be completed by March 23 and the results will also be declared soon.

You will have to reach the examination center before time.

The exam time has been scheduled from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Students will have to compulsorily reach the examination center half an hour before.

Question papers prepared in four sets

Like the board exam, this time the question papers of all the subjects have been prepared in four sets. These will include Parts A, B, C and D. Question papers will be distributed to students on rotation basis, which will reduce the chances of cheating.

Excellent schools will become evaluation centers

To make the evaluation process systematic, excellent schools of every district have been made coordinating centres. After the completion of the examination, the head of the center will submit the answer sheets to these excellent schools under his supervision. After this, evaluation will be done according to the marking scheme of Mashiman in the sub-centres at the development block level.
