A Van Full Of School Children Went Out Of Control And Overturned In Bahraich, 14 Children Injured; Chaos Ensued

Jagran correspondent, Bahraich. On Tuesday, a school van went out of control and overturned near Bichhiya forest barrier in Katarniaghat forest of Sujauli area. 14 students have been injured. One has been admitted to the hospital in critical condition. Other students were bandaged and sent home.

In the morning, the van of a private school located in Chafariya of the area was going to school carrying children from the tribal dominated areas of Bardiya, Amba, Vishunapur and Fakirpuri bordering Nepal. Then the van went out of control and overturned near the forest barrier in the middle of the forest.

14 students including driver Aamir Khan, Anuj, Surya, Adarsh, Sita, Riyarth, Aryan, Reena, Sabreen, Krish and Akhtar Raza were injured in the accident. Student Surya has been admitted to the hospital with serious injuries.

Police station incharge Prakash Chandra Sharma said that outpost incharge Manjesh reached the spot with Dalbal. The injured have been admitted to Primary Health Center Sujauli for treatment.
