A Young Man Returned On Bail Was Beaten To Death In The Village, The Incident Took Place Due To Rivalry In Khatodada Village; 'Doubt' On Army Soldier

Jagran correspondent, Mahendragarh. A young man was beaten to death in a dispute that took place on Thursday night in Khatodada village of the district. Relatives took the seriously injured young man to PGI Rohtak, where he died during treatment. There is an atmosphere of tension in the village after the incident and the police have registered a case and started investigation.

According to the information, Somdutt alias Gutka had a dispute with some people of the village over some issue in village Khatodada on Thursday night at around 10 pm. Within no time the altercation turned into a fight, in which Somdutt suffered serious injuries. Immediately after the incident, relatives took him to PGI Rohtak for treatment, where he died on Friday.

As soon as information about the incident was received, Mahendragarh Sadar police station reached the spot. Along with this, the CIA team and the forensic team also inspected the incident site and collected evidence. Police have collected many important clues from the spot, on the basis of which the case is being investigated in depth.

It is being told that an army soldier is also said to be involved in this incident. It is being told that the deceased Somdutt alias Gutka was in jail in some case and had returned to the village after being released on bail from Nasibpur jail about six days ago. Mahendragarh Sadar police station in-charge Ramesh Kumar said that the post-mortem of the deceased's body has been done at PGI Rohtak.

In this case, the police have registered a case of murder by the younger brother of the deceased, Lavit son of Rajesh, Mohit son of Naresh, Sonu son of Malkit Vasiyan Khatodada due to land rivalry. Police have registered a case of murder against all three people. Police say that all aspects related to the incident are being investigated closely. Further action will be taken on the basis of post mortem report and evidence collected.
