Quarterly results of many companies will come today

New Delhi. Indian stock market benchmark indices, Sensex and Nifty 50, are likely to open sharply on Wednesday amid weak global market cues. Gift Nifty trends are also indicating a positive start for the Indian benchmark index. Around 7.15 pm, GIFT Nifty was trading at around 25,304 level, which is a premium of about 45 points over the previous close of Nifty futures. Let us know which stocks can see action today.

Quarterly results of these companies will come today - Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Eternal, Bank of India, Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company, Bajaj Consumer Care, Dalmia Bharat, Epack Prefab Technologies, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation, Jindal Stainless, KEI Industries, PNB Housing Finance, Supreme Industries, Tata Communications, UTI Asset Management Company and Vari Energies will announce their results today. Will release the results of December quarter.

United Spirits - Profit increased by 24.8% to Rs 418 crore, compared to Rs 335 crore earlier. Revenue increased by 7.6% to Rs 3,694 crore, compared to Rs 3,433 crore earlier.

EPACK Durable - Profit increased by 3.2% to Rs 2.6 crore from Rs 2.5 crore earlier. Revenue increased by 13.5% to Rs 427.8 crore, compared to Rs 376.8 crore earlier.

Supreme Petrochem - Profit fell 57.7% to Rs 30.1 crore, compared to Rs 71.4 crore. Revenue declined by 10% to Rs 1,264.7 crore, compared to Rs 1,405.3 crore.

Persistent Systems - Profit increased by 17.8% to Rs 439.4 crore from Rs 372.9 crore. Revenue increased by 23.4% to Rs 3,778.2 crore, compared to Rs 3,062.2 crore earlier.

IndiaMART InterMESH - Profit increased by 55.6% to Rs 188.3 crore, compared to Rs 121 crore earlier. Revenue increased by 13.4% to Rs 401.6 crore, compared to Rs 354.3 crore earlier.

Rallis India - Profit fell 81.8% to Rs 2 crore, compared to Rs 11 crore earlier. Revenue increased by 19.3% to Rs 623 crore, compared to Rs 522 crore earlier.

AU Small Finance Bank - Profit increased by 26.3% to Rs 667.6 crore, compared to Rs 528.4 crore earlier. Net interest income increased by 15.7% to Rs 2,341.3 crore, compared to Rs 2,022.7 crore earlier. Gross NPA declined to 2.30% compared to 2.41% (quarter-on-quarter).

Vikram Solar - Profit increased more than 5 times to Rs 98.1 crore, whereas earlier it was Rs 19.02 crore. Revenue increased by 7.8% to Rs 1,105.9 crore, compared to Rs 1,026 crore earlier.

JSW Energy – The company's subsidiary, JSW Thermal Energy Two Limited, has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company for a greenfield 1,600 MW (2 × 800 MW) super/ultra-supercritical thermal power plant. This project will start within six years in Salboni, West Bengal.

HDFC Bank – The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has approved the reappointment of Kaizad Bharuch as Whole-Time Director (Deputy Managing Director) of HDFC Bank for a period of three years, with effect from April 19, 2026.

HCL Technologies – The global technology company has announced a partnership with Carahsoft Technology Corp, a trusted government IT solutions provider, to accelerate digital transformation in the US public sector.

Power Grid Corporation of India - The board has approved proposals worth Rs 914 crore to purchase cold spare transformers and reactors.

Tata Steel - Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the acquisition of 50.01 per cent equity share capital of Thriveni Pellets by Tata Steel.

Embassy Developments – The company has announced its expansion in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), and plans to invest Rs 4,500 crore to expand its presence in Mumbai through three mega residential projects in Worli, Juhu and Alibaug.
