Terminal change at Riyadh Airport

Riyadh-based King Khalid International Airport, managed and operated by Riyadh Airports Company (RAC), has started implementing the terminal transformation project from February 16 to February 25. According to Gulf News, it aims to improve passenger flow at the main entrance to the Saudi capital as well as enhance the overall travel experience and operational efficiency.

What is its purpose?

From February 25, Terminal 5 will be designated for all international flights operated by foreign airlines. On the same day, Terminal 3 will be combined with Terminal 4 to be used for domestic flights of national airlines. This will reduce waiting time for connecting flights.
