Some CSC operators and beneficiaries say that the option of finger capture is not visible on the portal and the system is not working properly. An immediate solution is being demanded from the department regarding this.

The Social Welfare Department says that technical problems may arise in the initial phase. Instructions have been given to the concerned agencies to immediately remove the shortcomings related to the portal, so that the amount of any eligible pensioner is not withheld.
