All Recommendations Of Administrative Reforms Commission Implemented In Haryana: E-governance-digital System Strengthened, Work Speeded Up

State Bureau, Chandigarh. The Haryana government has claimed in the Assembly that all the recommendations of the Administrative Reforms Commission's reports in 2008 and 2009 have been implemented. These reports were prepared to correct the slow system, corruption, hanging of files and disorganization of functioning of government offices.

This statement of the government came in response to the question of MLA Aftab Ahmed. The previous Hooda government had constituted the Administrative Reforms Commission in 2007. The objective of the commission was to increase the speed and transparency of government offices, improve the structure of departments, simplify the services provided to the public, promote e-governance and reduce the problems caused by corruption and delay.

Out of the reports of 2008 and 2009, one report was related to PWD and the other to improvements in district administration. After this, the previous Manohar government constituted the Administrative Reforms Commission in 2017. In the report tabled in the House by Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, it has been said that the government has implemented the recommendations made in both the reports.

There were eight recommendations in the district administration report.

All reforms implemented, no suggestions pending: CM

The Chief Minister, in his reply, has said that all the recommendations of both the reports have been implemented. The departments have completed their respective actions. No recommendations are pending. Now e-governance and digital systems are being continuously strengthened in all departments. The government says that due to administrative reforms, the work has become faster and more transparent than before.
