Jagran correspondent, Jamshedpur. An incident that puts humanity to shame has come to light in Sialbinda of Baharagora police station area.

The case of Lakhwinder Besra, the headmaster of the high school located in Sialbinda village, being tied to a neem tree and beaten, has come to light.

In this case, the police took immediate action and arrested five named accused and sent them to jail. According to the information received, the accused tied the headmaster to the Neem tree of the school without any concrete reason on Saturday in Sialbinda High School campus.

He was not only beaten up but was also insulted using caste based words. There was huge anger among the villagers after this incident.

Seeing the anger of the villagers, the police took immediate action and went to the spot and investigated the matter. The allegations were confirmed in this.

Police registered the case under Baharagora police station case number 05/26 and arrested the accused Manik Bera (36 years), Sanjay Bera (32 years), Nandlal Bera (23 years), Vinod Bera (30 years) and Narayan Bera (40 years).

All the accused are residents of village Sialbinda. Police said that under proper security and legal process, all the accused were sent to judicial custody.
