Mob sets injured Hindu man on fire in Bangladesh

Digital Desk, New Delhi. A period of continuous unrest continues in Bangladesh. Another Hindu man Khokon Das was attacked by the mob here on Wednesday. 50 year old Das was injured in this attack. After which the mob burnt him alive. This incident took place on December 31 in Shariatpur district of the country.

According to reports, Das was on his way to his home when the mob attacked him with sharp weapons, beat him up and set him on fire. This is the fourth attack on a Hindu in Bangladesh.

Earlier on Monday, a Hindu youth named Bejendra Biswas was shot by his colleague. On December 24, another Hindu youth, Amrit Mandal, 29, was allegedly beaten to death by a mob in Husaindanga area of Kalimohar union in Bangladesh.
Dipu Chandra Das brutally murdered
Earlier on December 18, 25-year-old Hindu youth Dipu Chandra Das was brutally murdered by a mob at his factory in Bhaluka, Mymensingh after he was falsely accused of blasphemy by a Muslim co-worker. The mob murdered Das and then hanged his body from a tree before setting it on fire.
