According to the information, antibiotics are being used extensively in agricultural products, animals and fish. These medicines reach the human body through touching animals, consumption of milk, eggs, meat or fish and through the environment.

Due to this, the effect of medicines reduces in case of infection in the body, which is becoming a big challenge for health. Besides, soil, water and environment are also getting polluted due to this.

Farmers are increasingly using antibiotics along with pesticides to increase crop production. Medicines mixed with antibiotics are also given to animals to increase milk production.

Animals give more milk than their capacity

Due to this, animals start giving more milk than their capacity, but consumption of such milk increases the risk of cancer, liver and kidney related diseases in the human body. Antibiotics are being used excessively to protect and treat animals, birds and fish from diseases, which is causing antimicrobial resistance. Due to this, bacteria turn into superbugs and medicines become ineffective.

The bacteria become resistant to drugs, making the infection difficult to treat.

Antibiotic residues can reach the human body through animal products and cause diseases like cancer, allergy and aplastic anemia.

Abuse of medications can lead to the formation of superbugs, which pose a serious health threat.
