Avnish Chaudhary, Dehradun. The arrest of mother Bina Sharma in the murder case of gas agency operator Arjun Sharma had already raised questions on relationships.

Now the heat of the police investigation has reached another very close member of the family. If police sources are to be believed, the woman who was very close to Arjun is on the radar of the investigation.

She was Arjun's partner in every matter including property dispute, but a few days before the murder she had a dispute with Arjun. In such a situation, now the needle of investigation has turned towards the said woman also.

According to police sources, as the investigation of the case progressed, the woman avoided some questions, due to which she is under investigation.

The investigation team is now trying to connect the link through which the woman was going to get the benefit of Arjun's murder.

Now, to confirm the suspicion, those call records and meetings which the woman had made just before the murder are being scrutinized.

The reason for changing the direction of police investigation is the FIR lodged in Vasant Vihar police station a few days before the murder, which was lodged against Arjun and others.

In this, Arjun and other members were accused of fraud. Police sources say that after the registration of this FIR, Arjun's relations with his loved ones changed rapidly.

Let us tell you that Arjun Sharma was shot dead by hired killers near Tibetan Market. The police have made Arjun's mother Beena Sharma the main accused in the case.

Family rivalry and property dispute worth crores have been considered the main reasons for this murder.

Amardeep Gas Agency on the verge of closure

The issue of closure of Amardeep Gas Agency due to lack of signature of Arjun's mother Bina Sharma, lodged in Suddhowala jail, has reached the CJM court.

The case may be heard today (Saturday). Since the murder of Arjun on February 11, all transactions of the gas agency have come to a standstill.

Bharat Petroleum (BPCL) has warned of action in case of non-payment of dues. About 28 thousand consumers are connected with the agency.

Citing rules, the jail administration had refused to allow Beena, who was in judicial custody, to sign the cheque.

In such a situation, defense advocate Amit Pundir approached the court on Thursday. By filing the application, it was argued that about half a dozen checks are yet to be signed for the operation of the agency.

Bharat Petroleum has warned that if payment is not made on time, the agency's supplies will be stopped.

On this, the court on Thursday directed to take necessary action as per law, but the jail administration again refused to sign citing the rules.

Told the petitioner that the jail administration will submit a reply before the court regarding the rules.

In such a situation, advocate Pundir again filed an application in the court on Friday, citing the jail manual and arguing that the prisoner can be allowed to sign necessary business documents under special circumstances, so that the public service (gas supply) is not disrupted. Awaiting hearing on this.
