Jagran correspondent, Faridabad. After the SI of Dhauj police station was caught taking bribe, the SHO has gone missing after taking medical leave. The victim had also accused the SHO of taking a bribe of Rs 15 lakh. In the complaint given to ACB, the victim had also accused the SHO of bribery.
ACB will also include the SHO who went missing on medical leave and interrogate him. Earlier, the negligence of Dhauj police station in-charge in the matter related to Al Falah University had come to light. Weapons and explosives continued to accumulate at a distance of one and a half kilometers from the police station.
But the police station in-charge did not even have a clue. Instead of taking action against the police station in-charge, the police commissioner named the case as a joint operation. Vigilance presented the SI who was caught taking bribe in the court. From where Sumit was sent to jail.
Manoj Kumar, a resident of Professor Colony, Kurukshetra, told in his complaint to the Bureau that he is the owner of Nexa GPS and Product OPC Private Limited. From November 2023, his company is working on installing GPS in vehicles. On September 8, 2025, Rahul, a resident of Dhauj, had filed a complaint against him at Dhauj police station.
In this case, Nafees, an employee of his company, was arrested by Dhauj police station in September itself. Dhauj police station in-charge Naresh Kumar put pressure on him and said that the female employees in his company would also be arrested. Bribe was demanded in return for not arresting.
The victim gave Rs 15 lakh to Naresh Kumar and Rs 1 lakh to Sumit. Even after this Sumit was demanding Rs 1.5 lakh. In which the police station in-charge was demanding Rs 1 lakh and Rs 50 thousand for himself. Investigating officer in the case, Vijendra said that Sumit has been produced in the court and sent to jail. The SHO will also be included in the investigation and interrogated.
