The Rs 177.81 crore project of rejuvenation of Yamuna Ghats near Banke Bihari Temple in Vrindavan has restarted after 10 years. The Irrigation Department inspected the expansion, renovation and beautification of eight ghats over 600 meters from Kesighat to Bankebihari Temple. In 2016, this project was stalled due to High Court stay and NOC. Now the target is to complete it by June 2026.
