The women of the Sevayat family reached the Thakur Banke Bihari Temple office at 7 pm on Saturday evening to register their protest. Expressed anger over non-availability of committee chairman. The women said that their right to serve in the temple is being attacked. We used to regularly do aarti and darshan of Jagmohan. Now the committee has stopped the entry. We are not getting entry into VIP Kathara also. Have to stand amidst the crowd to have darshan. Whereas our family has great authority in the temple. From the very beginning, our ancestors have built temples and worshiped Thakurji.

The women registered their protest in front of the committee's serving member Shailendranath Goswami and manager Munish Sharma. Manager Munish Sharma asked the women to put their problems in writing.
