Jagran correspondent, Bareilly. The demand for plots in the city's Ramganga Nagar Housing Scheme is continuously increasing. Among the applications sought by BDA for Ramganga Nagar Residential Scheme, Greater Bareilly and Sky-Way Apartment, the highest demand is seen in Ramganga Nagar. Among the applications sought from November 13 to December 12, the maximum number of 130 applications were received for three plots of 72 square meters in Sector-3 of Ramganga Nagar Housing Scheme.
Besides, 354 applications have been received for 128 plots in different sectors of Ramganga Nagar and Greater Bareilly Housing Scheme. The fate of these applicants will be revealed through lottery draw on Wednesday. Ramganga Nagar and Greater Bareilly Housing Scheme is becoming the first choice for investors along with the common people to build their own dream home.
Registration was opened from November 13 to December 12 for applications for allotment of 128 vacant plots of various categories and areas in Sector-1 Brahmaputra Enclave, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 Shipra Enclave, 9 Shivam Enclave, 10 Saryu Enclave and Greater Bareilly Sector-4 of the Authority's Ramganga Nagar Housing Scheme and building allotment in The Sky-Way Apartment at Kudeshiya Gate. A total of 354 applications have been received.
In this, maximum 130 applications have been received for three plots of 72 square meters in Ramganga Nagar Housing Scheme Sector-3. Due to continuous increase in demand for plots, enthusiasm is visible among BDA officers also. BDA Secretary Vandita Srivastava said that the allotment of plot and building is proposed to be done through lottery draw on December 17 at 2 pm in the authority office.
