Decoration in Baba Tibarinath Temple. Awakening
Jagran correspondent, Bareilly. Preparations for special decorations and arrangements in the temples of Nath Nagari on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri are in the final stages. The temple premises are being decorated with attractive electric chandeliers and flowers. The work of cleaning and painting is being done rapidly, so that the devotees can get a clean and beautiful environment.
Special preparations are being made in seven Nath temples Baba Alakhnath, Tapeshwarnath, Dhopeshwarnath, Maninath, Vankhandinath, Siddhanath and Baba Trivatinath. A systematic arrangement for darshan has been made for the convenience of Baba Trivatinath Temple devotees. Entry will be from one side and exit from the other, so that the crowd remains under control. Three entrances to the temple will be opened from Tara Talkies Road, GRM School Marg and BDA Colony.
Sanjeev Autar Agarwal, media in-charge of Seva Samiti, said that volunteers will be deployed in red T-shirts, who will help the devotees to have darshan in the queue. Krishna Katha site has been earmarked for parking of vehicles. Cooperation has also been received from the police administration.
The doors of the temple will open from 2 am on Sunday and Jalabhishek will take place throughout the day. The committee has appealed to the devotees to cooperate in maintaining order. Similarly, in other temples too there will be crowd of devotees from morning till evening.
Sale of plum, vine, hemp, datura
People started arranging for plum, vine, hemp, datura, sesame, honey, milk, curd etc. a day in advance to offer to Lord Shiva. On Saturday, people purchased essential items in the market.
While the price of plum was between Rs 60 to Rs 80 per kg, the vine was sold at Rs 10 to Rs 20 per piece. Along with this, arrangements were also made for vine leaves, mango blossoms, barley earrings, sugarcane etc.
