Communication partner, Gumla. Beautification is gaining new momentum in Gumla city in the new year. The Municipal Council will start special work at three important sites to give the city an attractive, modern and recognizable look. The process of installing modern lighting system along with decoration will start at the three corner entrances located at Patel Chowk, Tower Chowk and Police Station Road.
In this work, which is being done at an estimated cost of around six lakh rupees, special lighting with Gumla written on it will be installed in a circular steel frame, which will give a new look to the identity of the city. Apart from this, attention is also being given to cleanliness, painting and systematic design around these places so that the look of the entire area improves.
At present, beautification work has been started near Patel Chowk. Which will be completed soon. The Municipal Council believes that this initiative will not only enhance the beauty of the city but will also become a new center of attraction for the people. The glow of lighting in the evening will provide a better environment to the local residents and a positive experience to the visitors.

Presently the work of beautification has been started in Patel Chowk. Where after the completion of the work, beautification work will also be done in Tower Chowk and Police Station Chowk.
