As the investigation is being completed, the troubles of the officials are increasing, because many such officers and employees previously posted in Noida Authority are involved, who have earned money illegally by giving undue benefits to the builders. Also collected benami property from black money. Not only this, his money is also invested in the houses of many builders.
Apart from this, illegal money has been spent in many industrial, commercial, IT plots as well as in hospitals. Although the names of others are registered on these properties, the information of the real owner is a matter of discussion. In such a situation, the investigation will reveal the names of the real owners of benami property.
Sources say that the investigation report of the Special Investigation Team (SIT) had reached the government, on the basis of which an FIR was lodged against 24 accused officers in Lucknow Vigilance on the complaint of the senior manager of the planning department of the authority.
After this, investigation started on those 11 employees, who were accused of directly benefiting the builders, presenting wrong evidence in the court, the case remained pending for so many days. The investigation of all these moved from Noida to Greater Noida.
After completing the investigation here, the Additional Chief Executive Officer has presented it to the government. It is said that there are many officers and employees who own more than Rs 500 to Rs 1,000 crore. There are many officers who have become owners of properties worth Rs 2,000 crore each.
Its property is not only in Noida, but the network of benami property is spread in Delhi, Haryana, Mumbai, Uttarakhand, Himachal. Some have investments in hotels, schools, colleges, resorts, pubs, bars and even hospitals. Thousands of crores of rupees are being earned every month from this benami property.
The surprising thing is that the city also includes 40 to 100 residential plots of various officers and employees. They have used it to embezzle the money earned from builders, which includes up to five percent of the developed plots of farmers.
Recently, there was a dispute among themselves after the sale of some benami properties, because the case of grabbing benami property came to light, there was a complaint due to pressure. After this, about 79 Powers of Attorney were canceled in the Registration Department, this became the center of discussion. All this has been revealed in the investigation, after which it is now considered certain that action will be taken from the government level.
