Before placing it in both the houses of the legislature, the permission of the Governor has to be taken. This is expected to be approved in the cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday morning.
The five CAG reports that will be placed before the Cabinet include the report on the activities of Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPCIDA), construction and operation of Lucknow Metro Rail Project, development and allocation of properties by Ghaziabad Development Authority, report on State Public Sector Enterprises and AYUSH Department.
Under the Uttar Pradesh Bio-Plastic Industry Policy-2024, the proposal of the Infrastructure and Industrial Development Department to issue Letter of Comfort for setting up an industrial unit in Lakhimpur by Balrampur Chini Mills Limited may also be approved.
Along with this, the RFP (Request for Proposal) can be approved under the proposal of the Infrastructure and Industrial Development Department regarding the selection of the builder for the implementation of the four lane (six lane expandable) entry controlled green field 'Chitrakoot Link Expressway' project on EPC method.
Under the EPC system, a single company is given the responsibility of designing the project, purchasing necessary materials, equipment and machines along with construction.
