Communication partner, Nathnagar. The marriage done out of sympathy to a widowed female constable has now become a serious crisis for a young man. The husband alleges that after reinstatement in the job, the wife's behavior changed and now she is refusing to recognize her own husband in public. The young man is wandering from the police station to senior officials pleading for justice, but from everywhere he is getting advice to go to court.

Actually, Dev Bharti, a resident of Arrah, had reached Nathnagar on Thursday to meet his wife, but the female constable training in Cities refused to recognize him and meet him. Dev says that he got married in the year 2022 in a related manner.

At that time the woman was a constable in Bihar Police and was under suspension in a case. She was already married and was in mental and financial crisis after the death of her husband. On the family's request, he became her support and got married.

According to Dev, married life was normal in the initial days, but after the wife's reinstatement in her job in the year 2023, the behavior started changing. She started talking to another young man on the phone for hours. Protests often resulted in disputes.

He told that in the year 2024, he started living with his wife in a rented room in Patna. He used to go to work during the day, during which the wife would allegedly call another young man to the room. Fights continued when objections were raised. One day his wife beat him and broke his head and lodged a complaint in the police station. After this, both of them started living separately and the wife also blocked his mobile number.

Dev Bharti says that currently his wife is taking training at CityS. When he reached there on Wednesday, the wife refused to recognize him in public. He also appealed to the City Administration, but did not get any help. After this he reached the SSP office, where he was advised to go to court, terming the matter as a mutual dispute. On contacting senior police officers in Patna also, the same reply was received.

Dev told that he either wants to live a respectable life with his wife or decide the way forward by getting a legal divorce. At present his life is hanging in the balance. Because of his wife, he had to leave his job and is forced to wander from door to door.

She also alleged that her in-laws were threatening to implicate her in a false case. Here, CityS Principal Lal Babu Yadav said that he has no information about this matter nor has anyone come to meet him in this regard.
