Jagran correspondent, Bareilly. Another fake website of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University is currently operating. In such a situation, an alert has been issued by the university administration to the students to get information from the official website only, because there is a possibility of fraud from fake websites.

Dainik Jagran had published news regarding this fake website on January 20. Rohilkhand University administration came to know that this website resembles the link of the university website. The official website of the university is www.mjpru.ac.in, while the fake website has included net.in.

Ruhilkhand University has issued an alert to the students to use only the official website. This information is also being given on the main page of the official website. Earlier in December also, a complaint was made to the police officials after receiving information about the operation of a fake website.

After this, after registering a report with the police, Sujay Rai, resident of Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, was arrested on 28 December. He used to make fake visas through fake websites. He had also revealed the name of his accomplice but he has not been arrested yet.
